Ukraine harvested almost 6 mln tns of sugar beets
As of October 20, almost 6 million tonnes of sugar beets were harvested in Ukraine.
It is reported by press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Sugar beets were harvested from the area of 125.3 thousand hectares, 5,912 thousand tonnes of sweet roots were obtained with the yield of 471.9 centners/ha.
