Tomashpil Sugar Refinery began new sugar-refining season
Tomashpil region began sugar beet harvesting and processing season. On September 12, Tomashpil Sugar Refinery («Agricultural Complex «Zelena Dolyna» LLC) began sugar production.
It is reported by Tomashpil district state administration.
The total sugar beet harvested area in the region amounts 3 356 ha, including: «Agricultural Complex «Zelena Dolyna» LLC — 2 806 ha, «Podillia Foods Company» PJSC — 512 ha, «Fatima-Agro» PE — 29 ha, «Lypivka» LLC — 10 ha.
As of September 12, «Agricultural Complex «Zelena Dolyna» LLC harvested 80 hectares and delivered for processing 3,2 thousand tonnes of raw materials with the average yield of 400 centners/ha.
