Khmelnytsk region continues preparations for 2023 sowing season
Agroformations of Khmelnytsk region are preparing for 2023 sowing campaign, which will begin in the third decade of March. In total, it is planned to sow over 850,000 hectares of spring crops, of which 300,000 hectares of spring cereals, over 440,000 hectares of technical crops, and 110,000 hectares of potatoes, vegetables and fodder crops.
It is reported by Khmelnytsk Regional Military Administration.
Wheat, barley, corn, sugar beet, rapeseed, soy and sunflower are among the main agricultural crops that will be grown in the fields of the region.
Agricultural enterprises continue the acquisition of material and technical resources, complete the repair of tillage and sowing equipment.
