«Sugar beet seedlings are already visible in the fields of the enterprise. The density amounts to 110 thousand per hectare. No pests were found, and there are no weeds either. To ensure clean seedlings and plant growth, the first herbicide treatment was carried out», — says the chief agronomist of the enterprise Viktor Doroshenko.

Sugar beet is being sown at the enterprise for the second year in a row. The sown area reaches more than 1000 hectares. Sowing was carried out by the planters equipped with Precision Planting precision farming system. Last year, this crop was sown for the first time and 84,000 tonnes of sweet roots were grown on the area of one thousand hectares.
