The refinery began to work in 1860 and produced 10-20 centners of sugar per day, in 1895 its capacity increased to 3,500 centners of beet per day.

In 1999, the company built new washing unit with the installation of new beet sink, two peasants, two water separators and «Maya» classifiers. In 2000, the first stage of the cleansing unit — the filtration station of juice of the first saturation with the installation of new equipment, as well as 2-cache filters were launched.

In 2001, the construction and reconstruction of the second queue of the cleansing unit were carried out. The technological scheme of the vacuum cleaner unit involves complete automation on the basis of computer software on the basis of «Micro-RK» controller. The equipment of the cleansing unit is able to process 3000 tonnes of beet per day.

The current capacity of the refinery is 2400 tonnes per day. The enterprise produces and sells the third category sugar under «Cygnet Agro» LLC TM in domestic and foreign markets. The company also sells by-products, such as molasses, pulp and lime in domestic market according to customers' demand.

The refinery processes both its own raw materials and buys it from local farmers. It has more than 3 thousand hectares under sugar beet. 

In the nearest future, the company plans to carry out major repairs of DKVR-20-23 boiler and replace the automation of the control system of the filter presses, steam boilers. It is planned to buy 2 centrifuges of the I product, pulp presses of deep-squeeze and to replace centrifuges of II, III products.
